Miata 2-Wheel Big Brake Kit 1990-2005 FRONT ONLYThis is the New Rotor version of the best Miata brake setup available anywhere on the market. These 11" brakes will fit under almost any 15" wheel including the factory ones. This 2-wheel upgrade will give you well balanced braking, giving you maximum stopping power with no fade. The larger diameter rotors that are included will provide more breaking for any given pedal pressure and easier modulation. On top of it all, they're lighter than stock brakes! (4-Wheel Big Brake Kit also available) This latest version is a result of years of feedback from customers and includes slotted front rotors that are pre-assembled to the hats to make installation easy. This kit is designed and shipped by Goodwin Racing. This FRONT ONLY kit includes Wilwood Dynalite Forged 4 Piston Billet Aluminum Calipers mounted in a custom T6 bracket. Not only is caliper significantly lighter than stock, but it makes pad changes extremely easy...just one pin for pad changes! Perfect for running track pads all day, and then swapping them for street pads for the ride home. The calipers are matched with Stainless steel lines for a firm pedal. The standard Wilwood Q pads supplied with this kit for the front are ceramic compound for low dust and low noise yet have a temperature range up to 800 degrees! The calipers are wrapped around a 2-piece rotor specifically designed for this application, made to very high standards which has a black coating on the non-friction surfaces to keep it looking good for years. (The two-piece rotors are 1.3 lbs. lighter per wheel than a single piece of similar size.) With new aluminum hats and 11" rotors fully pre-assembled from Racing Brake, calipers, stainless lines, & pads, this kit has enough thermal capacity for any track Miata or street Miata!
