Extensive research and development, involving over 200 on-chassis dyno runs, has allowed Racing Beat to develop this new header to it’s true potential. Designed entirely in-house by Jim Mederer, Racing Beat co-founder and chief engineer, this header combines the mid-range performance benefits associated with a tri-y (4-2-1) header, and the top end performance associated with a 4 into 1 (4:1) header.

Manufactured entirely from 304-stainless steel for superior durability, this header will offer many years of enthusiastic performance driving. Our exclusive cast, stainless steel engine-to-header flange features specially designed exhaust ports that transition to mate with the primary tubing. Large diameter 1.625 OD tubing has been used for the primary tubing, and then collects into the 2.375” OD secondary. Exhaust gas exits the header through a specially designed stainless-steel rear flange which mates to the factory catalytic converter.

All emissions control devices are retained, and a CARB emissions exemption test is pending.

In California this product is only for racing vehicles, which may never be used upon a highway.

Not compatible with automatic transmission.
