Miata 4-Wheel Big Brake Kit 1990-2005

This is the New Rotor version of the best Miata brake setup available anywhere on the market. These 11" brakes will fit under almost any 15" wheel including the factory ones. This 4-wheel upgrade will give you well balanced braking, giving you maximum stopping power with no fade. The larger diameter rotors that are included will provide more breaking for any given pedal pressure and easier modulation. On top of it all, they're lighter than stock brakes!

This latest version is a result of years of feedback from customers and includes slotted rotors front and rear that are pre-assembled to the hats to make installation easy. This kit is designed and shipped by Goodwin Racing.

The Front end includes Wilwood Dynalite Forged 4 Piston Billet Aluminum Calipers mounted in a custom T6 bracket. Not only is caliper significantly lighter than stock, but it makes pad changes extremely easy...just one pin for pad changes! Perfect for running track pads all day, and then swapping them for street pads for the ride home. The calipers are matched with Stainless steel lines for a firm pedal. The standard Wilwood Q pads supplied with this kit for the front are ceramic compound for low dust and low noise yet have a temperature range up to 800 degrees!

The calipers are wrapped around a 2-piece rotor specifically designed for this application, made to very high standards which has a black coating on the non-friction surfaces to keep it looking good for years. (The two-piece rotors are 1.3 lbs. lighter per wheel than a single piece of similar size.)

The Rear end retains the stock calipers but they are relocated with T6 aluminum brackets to work the new larger two-piece 10.75" rotors. This relocation of the stock caliper retains the factory parking brake and keeps the costs down while adding significant additional thermal capacity without a weight gain. High-performance Porterfield R4S pads and stainless steel lines round out this package nicely. The rear rotors are non-ventilated versions of the fronts.

With four aluminum hats and four rotors (11" inch front & 10.75" Rear) fully assembled from Racing Brake, this kit has enough thermal capacity for any track Miata or street Miata! Kit includes a litre of high-quality DOT 4 brake fluid.

Please note: Rear two piece rotor drops into factory position on the sport package cars and only the front caliper is replaced. The kit for Sport Package 01-05 includes only front lines because factory rear lines are unique on that package.

Fits All Year Miatas, including stock 15" wheels, and most other 15" and larger.

Will NOT fit: 15" Panasports, 15" Enkei RP-F1, & Stock 14" wheels
