This is my 1993 Miata with 90600 miles on it. It is in pretty good shape overall but I was still thrilled to find Go-Miata.com to spruce up some things. I got a new shift boot and a repair manual here. I have only had the car about two months and was interested to see the “shifting” suggestion on this site. I tried it, up to 5000+ rpm’s before shifting . . . wow, what a difference! I always thought the car was fun to drive, but it wasn’t fast. I was wrong, it is fast, I just wasn’t giving it what it needed. Thanks for the tip and I’ll be back for more Miata stuff!
