I've lived abroad in the UK for nine years and have just returned to the USA
and will be moving to Miami Beach, Florida in the spring of 2004. Part of my
dream of living in SoFla has been to have a little roadster convertible to
zoom around in and enjoy the sunny benefits of living in Florida. There are
a lot of roadsters on the market now, but I picked the Miata because of it's
price and Consumer Reports rating. What really won me over to the Miata was
the color: black cherry mica -- a dark metallic purple. It almost looks
black until the sun is shining and reflecting the color at its true hue.
The car handles wonderfully and I'm very happy driving it and to be a Miata
owner. I just purchased it in February and will be adding some of the
Go Miata storage options to the car soon. The saddlebags will be the first
purchase! The Bose audio system has a built-in Sirius digital radio receiver
so I'm looking forward to adding the required tuner & antennae to get
digital radio without having to modify the car's dashboard at all.
